I say vote NO to this, look for another company. They are not very friendly and when a Taxpayer has to wait over 4 months for a overpayment because my employer took to much out that is crazy. If you owe money they want it right away or by tax deadline without penalty.I called 2 times about my refund and told 2 different stories. I finally got my refund over 4 months later the federal or state don't take that long to refund money owed to the taxpayer. As a taxpayer I say "Vote NO" look for another company. I hope other taxpayers spoke up. This is the 2nd year in a row this has happened to me.

Only 4 months! Consider yourself lucky. My wife got her refund from tax year 2008 the following February,(that's ten months), 2009 was the following December,(That's eight months, they're getting better). We have yet to see about tax year 2010. We have to make several calls each year and like you said Jeff, it's a different story each time.

And why do you think Keystone has the contract? I guess it had nothing to do with Keystone busing the local yokels to Westmoreland County and wining and dining them. The local yokels got bullshitted big time. And I would not go as far as to say money changed hands here, BUT

I can't believe that the TCC is even considering another contract with Keystone. Evidently they are ignoring all the voiced complaints about this incompetent organization. Makes you wonder how much of the EITB embezeled money really was taken by Mr Foltz. Were others involved that want the tax collection handled by an out of town organization ?? Maybe " cookin' the books " !
