Stanley if you have documented proof that the EIT'S statute of limitations expired for collecting the overpaid money, just take it to the judge.

If not stop try separating the actual facts from your schizophrenic delusions.

So the judge made short work of the EIT deal and it's what ?

Gone in the overpaids or underpaids favor ? Did the judge throw it out ?

Is it over did I miss the judges decision ?

I totally miss the point with this mans thinking process, if he actually has any.

Well if is isn't my chubby friend who has once again craweled out from under her rock.
No one said anything was over but there's a good chance that it will be on April 1st. I am sure that any entity that considered signing the agreement is now reconsidering their position and the requirement to use even more tax money to try to protect the EIT Committee members and solicitors who were so derelict in their duties for so many years.
Chubby, why not put a real name behind your clueless and nasty comments? In the absence of facts, you and your ilk resort to namecalling as do all liberals.
I hope you have a better day tomorrow. I hate to see anyone, even you, walking around so bitter and unhappy...

Stanley, I am shocked that you of all people is advocating that a local county judicial judge should set aside his sworn and sovereign right to make a fair decision on a local tax issue and instead follow the laws and guidelines set forth by the federal government and IRS.

So much for Stanley Alekna agreeing with Pa. State Senator Mike Folmer sovereignty of the states bill or maybe because this issue digs into Stan’s wallet.

Thank you. Exactly right "overpaid" and "underpaid" is a delusional allusion. I further that the change of rules was not done according to the tax enabling act and is illegal and in fact now we do have overs and unders for the years since the rules were changed. A fixed percent of the pie was the distribution plan and it was changed without due process.

an important piece you are missing is that the database may not have existed, however the EIT bureau had the system to allocate to the penny and to the correct municiplaity and school district. PROBLEM?????? the employees were not doing their jobs so records were missing, incorrect, etc. Whether they were doing it because foltz told them to or not does not matter.......they just did not do their jobs. so now we are also out the money they were paid to do a job they did not do. people need to realize this is not one man's fault, there are other people. the computer system was capable....the employees were unwilling. let's start there, shall we?

I don't recall ever reading about a public meeting for a modification of the EIT distribution plan. Without that meeting, they violated their own Tax Enabling Act. Go look it up.

I'm guessing Kline also connected the dots and realizes that Alekna is out totally of touch with reality and facts.

Stanley better come to his senses, because Kline used the words underpaids and overpaids, and Kline's words never included alleged.

Stanley is just totally losing it over this decision.

This is all I have to say about Republicans running Pennsylvania.

Stanley also thinks he's entitled to spend other taxpayers money,

That would make Public Welfare the costliest department, topping education, which would drop to $10 billion in fiscal 2011-12. Under former Gov. Ed Rendell, education was always No. 1 and welfare No. 2.

With all the BS on this topic about overpaid and underpaid partys, let us not forget the Embezzlement Scam and the supposed suicide of Foltz......Am I the only one who thinks this tax should be abolished....and a tax rebate is in order....

Our local leaders have been playing "Wall Street" at the Lebanon County Courthouse far too long....

TEA PARTY fraud

I have a question for Stanley Alekna the new facts and figures man for the Republican Party.

Stanley back in Oct. of 2010 Pa. Senator Mike Folmer told everyone on WGAL that there was $1 billion dollars of tax fraud and abuse in Pa. welfare system. Mike also said he could not support anymore taxpayer funding towards welfare until that abuse and fraud was addressed.

As you are aware Governror Corbett's budget increases taxpayer money towards welfare by almost another $1 billion over Rendell's budget.

Overall, the state Welfare Department will get more money in fiscal 2011-12 than it did this year:$11.2 billion (entirely in state funds) in the year starting July 1 compared to $10.6 billion (in combined state and federal Medicaid money) this year.

According to the LDNEWS article Pa. Senator Mike Folmer is suddenly pleased with Corbett's budget. A budget that added how many more million of taxpayer dollars of fraud and abuse to the billion under Rendell's budget.

See Stan it's alway fraud and abuse to us taxpayers but once a politician like Mike Folmer gets to power decide to decide where the taxpayer fraud and abuse is spent it suddenly becomes pleasing.

Mike Folmer is a Tea Party fraud and the proof is right in front of your faces.

This series is about the EIT fiasco and has nothing to do with Mike Folmer. Why do you clowns twist and contort things to bitch about your pet issues. Mike did a great his freshman term and will do better this term. The budget needs to be slashed and hundreds of millions of dollars in entitlements, waste, corruption and public employee excesses need to be eliminated. WE need a right to work law, tort reform and elimination of the requirement to pay union wages for state construction projects and a law that prevents public employees from striking, and a lot more. There's a ton of work to do to straighten out this mess that Rendell and Ridge and others created.

So much for the Republicans private free market businesses unregulated by government. If Republicans get their way we will all be dead before anyone ever realizes what these corporations even did to us.
