Seems to me it would be easier just to 'vote the bums' out...
Yes...vote them out...however someone needs to be charged...Foltz is not going to talk...

the real criminals in this case have not been gone after, that's why it has not worked so far. Innocent people are being gone after, hence nothing to find, hence to resolution. Go after those really responsible and then you will find answers.

Foltz doesn't need to talk. There are many who know the truth. Start checking into the employees (those that really created the situation that allowed Foltz to steal in the first place). They already went after one woman, the wrong woman. Per Judge Kline, he could see no reason why they even were putting her into this mess. They should look at the rest of the clan and find out what they did or did not do (trust me there is a story there) that created a situation in which Foltz could move money the way he did and no one notice it was missing. BAD RECORDS and BAD WORK ETHICS allowed him to do this.

What does it really matter anymore (tongue in cheek!)? The EIT was paid off by the insurance company, so they are happy and don't care any more. They are the ones responsible for NOT overseeing their charge!

This is a true statement too. For whatever reason, those that should care about what happened in this whole mess, don't seem to care and it really makes one wonder why. From the original players, the original board, the lady who came in to "fix" things, the auditors that came in they are all keeping a lot of really important information quiet. This will go to the same place as the Peggy REber case. No one will get prosecuted and it will just be dropped by the road.

The insurance only paid a portion of the total loss; hence, more answers are needed from the parties involved.

It will never go away as long as people keep asking questions, dont let the na sayers stop the questions, the daily news might drop it, but look at what they have for reporters, a bunch of lazy reprinters, that only report what the municiple bldg. tells them, their isnt a free thinker in the whole bldg.
and surely if 1 was to start a investagative report , he, or she would be looking for work elseware!

YEt another true statement. This paper has been reporting only the side of the EIT folks. They are not even questioning others but taking the illustrious EIT people's words as truth. Let me tell you that there has not been much truth printed about this mess. Very few true facts have been printed. It's all about what the former board and EIT players want people to believe. The reporters print stuff without even questioning the validity of it.

Did anybody ask George Christianson? Wasn't he the solicitor for the EIT? He has his fingers in a lot of things in Lebanon County doesn't he? Maybe he knows where the embezzled money is?

If memory serves correct, he was - which just reinforces the fact that the EIT has been managed by the "old boys club" for far too long.

This is a simple case of the "Golden Rule". They who have the GOLD RULE. Or (The BIG FISH in the little pond )theory....Or it is a George thing..."The South 8th Street Gang" needs to have a re-organization...They are a non-profit group...That is because they are all stealing from us and each other...
