Keith Kilgore is not a judge. Kilgore representing the disenfranchised sounds a bit off. He seems to really just be a solicitor for all communities regardless of conflicts and he is currently leading the charge to sue the people of Lebanon County who he believes were paid too much EIT. Enough said on that.
