Now this is a fine example of tax payers money going to waste.

This is also an abuse of the worker. The worker is used/hired only because the employer gets away with a taxpayer funded job. After the time period is up they are released back on the street.

There are places where for years they use these people and never become full time emoloyees.

Again the taxpayer is being used to transfer wealth to these employers and agencys while the workers have no hope of a secure future. There are places who never replace workers who retire leave or change jobs, they just use the taxpayers funded temp workers to game the system.

The transfer of wealth is from the workers to the employer and agency.

At least hundreds of Federal Government job training/retraining programs and all are a fraud. Wake up politicians we need job security and full pay not shared pay.

Run them all out of business and let these employers hire the way it used to. Hell, today they don't care who or what you senf them they use them till they don't need them and get ris of them. Very heart warming job knowing your just body and have nothing to look forward to.

And another out of touch elected official jumps in the barrel

I worked for a company in Lancaster that routinely used a temp agency. They hired and on the 89th day they fired. No kickback or tax shelter but if they did it then Im sure they would do it for tax breaks.
