Nothig will happen to the undercover murderer. Just another nail in the coffin that once was the american democracy. The purpose of American Police is to instil fear and compliance to a cowed populance.

its hard. I hate cops period. spent much time in the jail. know all the cops unfortunatly and know the cop. we need police and this guy is a good person and risking his life for us. its a hard thing. driving by the police station and seeing people camped out. dont cops have tazers? lets just ask our higher power to not let this happen again and maybe somehow get some good out of this horrid situation.

Wow... Garry, Gary and Spin-- the three of you are naive, narrow minded and talking out of your asses. Wait until the full story comes out after the investigation is finished. You are judging and making asinine comments based off of media articles that don't tell the whole story.

The truth is now out. This shooting was definitely defensive, justified and the officer was in danger.

1 Police investigate other cops, even if from a different county to appear neutral. They are not. This "witness" most likely is a plant, because only their account is used. The dead body speaks a lot of what happened. This cop might have been chocked...But the moment he stood up and wasn't in physical contact he was no longer in danger,,,He is guilty of murder...maybe 2nd degree, but still murder. I hope his life falls apart because of it, since Justice wasn't served. |

Try again Mitch, the physical evidence shows that you are wrong. The first shot was fired at very close range. The trajectory of the bullet that hit the apartment showed that it was not fired from a standing position. This is physical evidence that can't be spun and twisted, it is what it is. In addition, this clear physical evidence confirms the stories of the deputy and the independet eye-witness. And it directly contradicts the stories told by Tyler's friends. I don't blame them, they were probably drunk, high, acting like idiots and then witnessed something horrible. I don't expect them to remember it correctly, I expect that they are trying to rationalize what happened. But that doesn't make it true. What happened is Tyler decided to fight when he didn't have to, and now he's dead. |
