This guy escaped from Gallia County, travelled through West Virginis, nut could not get past Proctorvile's Finest. Great job guys. I have heard that Chief Murphy graduated second in the statewide exam and Corporal Thompson graduated first in the exam during the same statewide test or their academy. New should be proud and lucky to have them.

Uh, nope. Proctorville Chief got them, and had a deputy meet him there as any person would do when apprehending a fugitive. There was another man with him. The chief asked them to come outside and he arrested him out there. You must not have been there. Come join us for a cup of coffee. Calling and asking someone if he sees anyone looking like they were the fugitive is smart police work. Scout motto, be prepared. I appreciate what the chief did and how he did it.

They keep coming up here arresting people on warrants. The rest of you deadbeats should either pay them or get out of Dodge. Er Crown City.
