Its a great idea and a good thought but these trashy SOB's in this county couldnt care less how dirty there home is. Example: The mess they leave after the memorial day parade. I dont go to that parade anymore just because of that. Its to drepressing to see people leave that kinda of mess. Kudos to the boyscouts that clean it up every year but its just nasty. To hell with all of ya...

Sorry, but i have to take up for some of the police officers. Your gonna have a few bad ones everywhere, but, heres my take on this subject. Heres how it works. The officers arrest whoever for whatever. The officer writes all the reports and turns it over to our Prosecutors, they in turn decide what cases they wish to pursue. Which in Lawrence co, isn't many. They set in their offices and get paid whether they process cases or not. Those not chosen get dropped and the offenders return to the streets to take up where they left off. The officers are pretty much fighting a revolving door with criminals why the public suffers. Officers have wrote so many reports thats been thrown out, they know which ones to not waste their time on. Bottom line is, its the prosecutors, not the police officers.
