After a decade of shattered lives and early graves, Ohioans might finally be seeing a glimmer of hope in the battle against prescription drug overdoses.
sure, 91lbs of medication show the box works. unless of course it's all stuff that has no street value and isn't abused by the many ueers in this town. then it's just a trash bin.
