Ga.'s top court to rule in case of slain Laurens deputy
It didn't take a jury long to convict Andrew Howard Brannan for the death of a 22-year-old sheriff's deputy: Four hours to convict him, and four more to sentence him to death.

his death sentenc should stand. everything is on video he had no remorse when he killed kyle. if that was the case i guess we should of taken care of him in the woods when we found him. then he would not have no chance to appeal anything, people on death row get to many chances and they prolong there sentence.
