I know Jim Hayes. Hes a pretty smart guy that should be an asset to the job he has been elected for. I think some of you are going to be surprised in a really good way.

Actually, I voted for Jim Hayes and will again. We need people like Hayes. He is honest, has no personal agenda, and speaks his mind. He won't just go along if he disagrees. Bet he is a thorn in some people side. London has been governed by the same set of cliques whose families have sucked the public tit for generation. We need to get people elected whose only agenda is progress, not personal gain.

Hays has been in as council member long enough to get a lot of things changed/accomplished. I just can't think of any. Please refresh my memory by citing what all he has accomplished while on the council.

Not being able to attend meetings, I can't cite legislative or administrative accomplishments, but I do know it would be hard for one race horse to do much in a pack of mules. The same family cliques have run London for generations and have done so rather poorly. Their motives, I know, has been power and money. So the prior writer is correct, we need people like Hayes who just might buck when city hall lets insiders and the connected get "sweet" deals.
