She brought the baby to daycare 3 days a week and had been doing it since July. So she really needs to stop using that as an excuse 'I don't normally take him' cause I can tell you as an employee of the daycare then, that is just another lie.

grandmother's don't forget the grand babies like that . i don't care what people say she should have remember to check her car when she left it and by the way why didn't the mother ask mom did you get the baby to the baby sitter ' the baby mother work at the hospital to, they had nothing on their mind but work i guess. what i saw of her on tv she didn't show remorse for what had happen. i couldn't have been so cool about something like that. i guess we all respond to thing in a different way ' god bless the child .
She also showed no REMORSE at the funeral either and was sitting right in front of his dead body. She also kept driving the same suv she killed him in. Also went to a baby shower that day and she brought in the cake which she had to open the back of her suv to get out. I don't understand how you miss a 2 and half year old hanging out of his car seat. It is not like he was a tiny baby in one of those smaller car seats. We will never know the whole truth of that day, but God knows all and if she did do any worng she will answer for it one day.

Idk maybe because the grandmother did it on an accident and he did it on purpose. That could have something to do with it. I'm just going to point that out. You have to have evidence of intent to commit a crime before you can indict someone or you should or your going to lose at trail. I mean come on he was playing a game a left a child in the hot car that is way worse than forgetting about a child. Accidents happen every day but to leave a child on purpose in a car is a hell of a lot worse. I can forgive the grandmother but not the father, there is no excuse in his case.
Way Worse huh?? No injuries resulted in what he done....!! The Grandmother FORGOT HER grandchild!! How the hell DO YOU just FORGET??>?? At least this 5 year old was able to let herself outta the car if she got to hot...That baby was strapped in a car seat!! Besides do you know the truth of the story or just what the news is reporting? Has he been given the opportunity to state his side? As parents and grand parents we have all made mistakes and bad judgment calls...I am a mother of 6, my mother had 4 children and left us in the car all the time in the summer, winter, fall and the spring....I have never forgot that I had a child out in the car, yet if I can't go through the drive thru or don't have another adult in the car I do without, until I can go by myself...Some places are not appropriate for young children, like a gambling establishment, still young children don't understand that and wanna do what mommy or daddy is doing....People until you are aware of the truth how can you judge either way?

You don't know your ass from a hole in the ground. She DOES NOT have that same SUV and hasn't had it, looked at it, or been near it since this all happened. The family immediately got rid of it you stupid SOB. You guys on here are so lame and just make up crap as you go just to have something to say about someone else. I'd love to take a peek into your life and see just how "perfect" it is. You are such a damn liar stating that some cake was brought out of that SUV to a party you were at. THAT IS 100% B.S. and shame on you for putting that lie on here and then having the balls to end your lies with a statement about God as if you know who God is and God help you if you do because you are a lying sack of crap that will more likely split hell wide open rather than ever meet your maker! Get a life and make it your own and STOP worrying about other newsmakers and making up lies just to be a part of some thread on some lame Topix website LOSER.

Funny that you wanna discuss how complex the brain is....
This man that everyone is and has judge had BRAIN SURGERY in Feb. 2011 but do you think the Judge or Law Officials care about that?
Hey I don't doubt for one single second this idiot doesn't have brain issues because what else would explain a dumb ass move like leaving your child in the car to go gamble? What an idiot. He certainly had the brain waves flowing that enabled him to park there and want to go in and gamble and realize that his child could not go inside so something tells me that although this idiot is NOT the sharpest guy on the planet he understood EXACTLY what he was doing.

Okay for one no-one said she was driving the suv now. What's done is done. All of this is here say stuff and she did this or she didn't do that doesn't matter, because it will never bring Madison back. And for people to keep bringing this back up everytime their is a story on another child being in a hot car only brings the pain and that day right back again and everyone's temper. It needs to be put to a rest and let go. It is sad that these things keep happening and it will keep happening accident or not. But leave the past stories alone and let the families heal and move on. It's been almost three years since this happen people, so please let this baby and his family that loved him have their peace and if anyone did do anything and that's if, then they will answer for it in the afterlife, but that isn't for us to decide. I'm all for bashing the ones in todays news that do wrong things to children, but leave the past ones to rest.

it sure is hard to even think that this women took her grandchild to work with her at the hospital and not even once that whole day she even thought of it .Looks like being at the hospital and all she would have saw a small child to remind her .i could understand if she had forgotten it for a while then remembered but not to think at all the whole day .

stories like this is what brings it back and makes people angry because here you take a bigger child that could have gotten out of the car anytime she felt in danger or uncomfortable and this man was indicted and take the women at the hospital was'nt when that poor little child had no way of getting out and the one who should have been protecting it from harm caused it's death .It depends on
who you are . Is this fair justice ? I just dont understand how come one is indicted when a bigger child was'nt even hurt and
the other not indicted when a baby was dead from same thing happening to them .
Thanks

Why dont they start doing to parents or whom ever is watching the child give them the same punishment. Leave their sorry butt's in a hot car with windows up with no air. Then see how often it happens. The punishment other than what they have to live with the rest of their lives there isnt much they do with them if anything. Why do they think a childs life isnt worth much? I dont understand the system anymore I dont understand parents. People hurt kid's everyday and seems all they get is smacked on the hand thats why it doesn't stop and for me it really pisses me off. It has to stop our children are gift's from God and deserve a lot more than what they get now days whats wrong with people? The little children are helpless they depend on adults for everything whats wrong with the adults in their lives. People need to wake up and realize whats going on and take care of their children or stop having them they dont ask to be born its the couples fault they make birth control or keep your legs together.

How could a sane person especially one that works in healthcare leave a child in a car. I couldnt forgive anyone that left a small child in a car in the heat for any reason grandmother or father.

Justice this is also a great case.. They claim he has something wrong with his brain. I know the family and they are all pretty well know drug addicts. You will love this one because they bring up the woman you are stalking.
He felt the need to leave his child in the car to gamble if I remember correctly. He is still in court.
