Help for child support: Jailer proposes program for offenders
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. - When child support payments get behind, the non-custodial parent can often face indictment and even jail time if they fail to make regular payments.

Finally something that makes sense. Perhaps, if the jail cannot find enough businesses to agree to hire, the jail could bid contracts that come up and supply the labor. Mandatory monies go to the parent that is owed the money, room and board paid at the jail, taxes taken out, let the inmate keep the change for comissary. We need to all get behind this.
