4 charged with stealing metal from storm victims

Kentucky State Police said Roger D. Smith of McKee, Roger Smith of Big Creek, Ricky Trenton of Manchester and James Arnett of Lexington had been allowed into a damaged area of Laurel County to help clean up storm debris.

me either just some two bit police officer trying to make a name for his self lot of arrest are total uncall for but,, you know the commuinst world we live in now days,, just stick it to the america people they can't fight back because it againest the law for them to stand up for themself in their own country......
