IF THE CITY PEOPLE WANT THE COUNTRY LIGHTS TURN OFF, THEN TURN OFF THE LIGHTS IN TOWN FIRST. SEE HOW THEY GET ALONG WITH LIGHTING. THEN THEY CAN STAR GASE ALL THEY WANT.
I LIVED IN THE COUNTRY BECAUSE I CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE. MY OUT DOORS LIGHTS CAN BE TURN OFF IF I WANT THEM OFF. I CHOOSE TO HAVE THEM FOR SECURITY. BUT, FIRST THE TOWN PEOPLE TURN YOUR LIGHTS OFF FIRST BEFORE YOU ATTACK THE COUNTRY.
