Isn't the first rule of firearms safety to treat every weapon as if it were loaded? Also you should never point the muzzle of even an "unloaded weapon" at a human being, including yourself. This prosecutor was grossly negligent in regards to her own safety.

Unfortunately firearm accidents can and do happened even to highly trained firearm specialists. Making accusations without having been there seems rather arrogant and self righteous to me. I will keep Jennifer and her family as well as all that have a need to protect themselves with a firearm in my prayers.

I wonder how many "accidental" shootings she prosecuted as crimes because she needed a case or 2 won???
