Accused batterers may face 'cool off' period

Jim Arnold, knothead! Let's put you in a jailcell to cool off from this idea. Where is the protection from the alleged "abused" making false charges as is so often prevalent in domestic disputes? "Cooling off" is just Mr. Arnold's euphemism for False Arrest in too many cases.
