A very sad accident indeed, to see an Indiana produce farmer with a roadside stand hit by a very large vehicle. Whatever happened to the other driver/car the SUV-driver was swerving to avoid hitting? No one even mentions that. And why was a roadside produce-stand operating after dark, or in dark enough (rainy) conditions that created the problem? What a horrible end to a long day. As the Monk theme-song says, "It's a jungle out there."

It wasn't the SUV's fault, it lost control due to global warming.

Killer SUV for sale.
Only 1 hit, 2 points received.

Will consider trade with less aggressive mid-size import or possible passive hy-bred.

PS:
New owner should have dominant tendencies in order to properly control aggressive SUV.

The headline is fine. You get who, what, how..it describes how the man was killed. If it was a car, it would say "car". etc.
should say "driver of SUV", not SUV kills.

The headline is badly written. The SUV killed no one.

But, seriously, give the Indy Star a break. It's not the New York Times. It's not even the Chicago Tribune. It's not even the Detroit Free Press which at least is a primary source on some nationally relevant news (e.g., automotive industry). The Indy Star is not a nationally relevant newspaper; It's a locally relevant newspaper in a medium-sized city that has no concentration of strategically important industries. The top journalists go to New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago, etc.

I NEVER allow my SUV to do this sort of thing. This is what happens when you allow your SUV to be driven by the hoodlums.
