Lancaster seeks help funding security cameras

How is it determined where a camera goes, apparently no cameras in my neighborhood, because crime is terrible. Why don`t you start putting up more street lights, can`t even feel safe walking 3 blocks from the bus stop, it`s dark with all kinds of idiots out preying on people walking.
