There is always a difference in monies used but isn't SC monies a bit over the top?

Difference is SC has begged for money at every function he has had. JW has invested a lot of his own money into his campaign. For example, when SC goes to a VFD function he uses campaign money to bid on auction items. JW uses his own personal money because he always attends and supports these functions.
