We chose to move to county because we did NOT want to be a part of the town of lowell. We are against this totally rediculous plan. most of the lamd they want to incorperate to " gain the tax revenue" is Farm land! The town hall board members are aware now that we will fight to the end to refuse to be annexed. Members of the commitee to annex are using the excuse that they "pay fees to county" because of where THEY put the town sewer and well. The residence of county whom they are wanting to annex did NOT choose to put there well and septic They did. And now they WAnt us to pay for it? They are also claiming that they want to do this to gain business..... has anyone else noticed all the empty building IN TOWN??? They can't keep business as it is and they want us to pay for their mistakes? I don't think so.... Think again MR Langen and all your "proposed plans" it's NOT going to happen
