A Gages Lake man accused of having sex with an underage girl could spend the next three decades in prison.

the girl was 10 when it happened! i don't care how loose or immoral a 10 year old might be (and I doubt she was), grown men DO NOT have sex with 10 year olds! Hell, even teenage boys should know not to have sex with a 10 year old!

Whoever sticks up for this guy is just as sick and twisted as he is!!! He knew what he was doing was wrong and he deserves to pay with his freedom and by losing everything that means anything to him.
He took something from this girl that can never be replaced....and she has to live with that for the rest of her life.....so now he can sit in prison and think about it for the rest of his life too. I hear they are pretty friendly to his kind in prison!!! The girl is very brave for coming forward and her family is proud of her! Hopefully once this is all over she can move on and start to heal. He is a monster and needs to be put away before he does anything to another child....unless that has already happened!!

Pat, I think I know you, and you know me. If he confessed, as another commemnt states, it would prove to show that a person can be generally kind to everyone, but still suffer from a deviation that can eventually result in violence. I don't appriciate the fact, that picture and detailed address are revealed in an article, that doesn't clearly state that we are dealing with confirmed facts.I don't appreciate the hatred that it causes, because judging a person with hatred is wrong. Nick doesn't strike me as a very nice fellow. Yes, girls do sometimes make these things up or even provoke sexuall attention ( the victim is now not 10 anymore, she is 14 ), but each case still has to be taken very serious, and no man in the world has the right to abuse a child, even if provoked, and that's where you are wrong, Pat, we still need to take this serious. I will wait for the final outcome to make my own judgement.

Debating the suspects innocence is one thing, trashing a child victim's character is not only wrong, but leaves the impression that there is not much to the defendant's side of the story...
