Death-row inmate's attorneys want sentence tossed
An attorney for death-row inmate Quawn Franklin has asked the Florida Supreme Court to overturn his sentence, saying the jury should have heard more evidence offering reasons why he shouldn't be condemned to death.

Not any chance in the world that he is not guilty AND if the USSC had not made the decision on "retarded" this would have NEVER EVER come up about him. This is being brought up ONLY because it is a "last hope" effort.
There are dozens of other charges that should have been brought against him as well.
