I work for Clermont and the sad reality is that 95% of the officers of the Clermont Police Department could not solve a crime if it happened in front of them. There is no training, under the regime of former chief graham all you were taught was take your reports and do nothing else. Hopefully those days are over and things will change. If this in fact becomes a lawsuit and the facts are verified that there is no training, clermont might as well hand this lady a blank check
