The Bureau of Reclamation owns it and is and agency of the Dept of Interior
which is supposed to keep our waterways safe from these problems and terrorist attacks, Who needs terrorist when we have the BOR

WHY wasn't this take care of in 2001. As a former resident at Village at East Fork each and every issue that has now become a disaster was addressed and supposedly taken care of! Blows me away how thing can just be pushed under the carpet.
