I fully support Mr. Eric Hutson's not guilty plea to the allegations of sexual assault. I've known Mr. & Mrs. Eric Hutson for well over 10 years and when the Lebanon Daily Record released the story of Mr. Hutson being accused of sexual assault, you could've knocked me over with a feather!
As a person who knows Mr.Hutson's true character and integrity, I am appalled at these ludicrous accusations. For those of you who have not had the honor of knowing this well respected attorney, I assure you these accusations are NOT TRUE.
Eric and Christine are both honest, compassionate, and wonderful people who have made our community a better place to live and raise our children.
Justice WILL prevail and the TRUTH will come out.For any of you that doubt his innocence, sit back and wait for the headline:"Attorney Found Not Guilty."
The Lebanon Daily Record can publish news stories every day about this ongoing investigation, but I continue to consider it an honor to call Mr.Eric Hutson my attorney and friend of over ten years.

Eric Hutson is as dirty as they come, he has screwed alot of people out of money including myself. He will wait to get his money and then file a motion to withdraw from the case, kinda like a snatch and run with the money. I really don't think hes gonna get much out of this though, hes been brown noseing Rector and all the other judges for to long. Lebanon just needs to rebuild the judges from the ground up, all they do is put money in each others pockets. I mean come on how is that Mark Rector can own OCCS, now you know why everyone is on probation.

You get what you pay for. Mr. Hutson's fees may be pricey, but I can guarantee you that based on my years of experience with his firm, he and his staff work very hard to win cases for their clients. Go ahead and hire a cheap attorney to represent you.I guarantee they won't work half as hard as The Hutson Law Firm will if you hire them to represent you.

I don't believe a word you've said about Mr. Hutson "taking" your money.I've paid him a lot of money over the years to represent me in court and he has always made me proud to have him as my attorney.
In fact, just this morning he represented me in a case and of course, I won. I won because Mr. Hutson genuinely cares about his clients and making sure justice prevails.
Say whatever makes you feel better about Eric Hutson, but for every ONE negative comment said about that man, there are HUNDREDS of positive comments said. His reputation as a great attorney will never be taken away.I would trust Mr. Hutson with my life.He is the best attorney anyone could have on their side. I feel sorry for you that you don't feel that way or have had the opportunity to feel safe knowing he is representing you in a court of law.

Apparently you have never been solicited to be "bent over" his desk in exchange for payment. Justice will prevail when he is convicted of his sexual misconduct.

Jen,

I could care less if you think im lieing, but I paid him up front and all he did was file a motion to withdraw. Im not the only person he has done this too, I know one guy he did that too after he paid that douchbag 10 grand and another person who paid him 3.5 grand. So pull your head out of his @ss and wake up. Lebanon is mostly full of dirty lawyers and judges.

i feel sorry for judge hutson it isnt her fault and she seems to be a very fair judge.... unlike eric hutsons good friend larry winfrey... who is 100 percent the base of the scandle....if it wasnt for judge larry winfrey letting eric get away with sexual misconduct by holding his hand and ignoring sexual scandles brought to his attention...well now there are many innocent victims such as the parents and clients of eric hutson ,,,and formost the innocent children!!!!!!!!! not to mention his wife........ eric needs to answer for his crimes and judge larry winfrey needs to put in his resignation so laclede county can develop a fair justice system with true christian beliefs.. i was a victim of eric and judge winfrey as my childs custody case was there... eric sleeped with my ex wife and her attourney... well she got a great deal.... and either judge larry winfrey was told a bunch of b.s or he was in on it too because he made my life a living hell as he did my child....... hope more people step up and get winfrey out of there.... these people need to help vicims not make them

I worked in the legal system in Laclede County for quite some time, and Eric Hutson was considered the laughing stock of the legal community. He and his wife have separated previously for unnamed reasons.

What concerns me is that this man, guilty or not, is currently coaching a youth football team- that his son is not a part of. He is still charged with two counts of sexual misconduct, which should disqualify him from coaching. Background checks are done on all coaches.. why did he pass?

Seems to me that there should be some investigation from somewhere other than Laclede County. May be that things are not as they seem. I think that our judges are fair and there are some people that didn't get their way so they are ready to crusify anyone just to make them feel better

Judging the fact that you've known him AND his wife gives you no place to talk period. Of course he's not going to let someone his wife knows go and talk about it to her. He's definitely more intelligent than that and obviously intelligent enough to have an ugly woman he couldn't even think about being with, and considering his physical appearance alone, you'd have to be completely revaulting, think of him the complete oposite as most other FEMALE clients he has ever had. Honestly, I've witnessed him myself.. and you will see me on the witness stand when he goes infront of the jury. He's an intelligent attorney who obviously knows how to get around it and he's apparently gone mad with power thinking he can get away with it for as many years that he's been doing it. He's made too many mistakes now and he thinks the judges are going to rule in his favor? If they do, they're just as crooked as he is. I'm not going to be like most, calling you a brown noser or anything. I just believe you should definitely get your facts straight. If his wife is as nieve as you then she shouldn't be sitting in the county judge seat. Period.

I don't think people have the right to go on here and personally talk filth about one another for it says in the bible" DO NOT JUDGE,OR YOU TOO WILL BE JUDGED"(MATTHEW 7:1) Futher it states, in Matthew 7:2 "For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." Matthew 7:3 goes on to say, "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?" Matthew 7:4 says further, "How can you say to your brother,'Let me take the speck out of your eye,'when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? Matthew 7:5 closes this, " You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck the speck from your brother's eye." But maybe I have given dogs what is sacred here as it implies in Matthew 7:6.

@ Abe- step away from the bible. It obviously is covering up your eyes and ears to the real truth. Why do all you jesus freaks just want to sweep everything under the rug and make it go away by scripture quoting? If it was your wife/daughter who had been assulted, I bet you'd not be so quick to forget about it. so typical of small town BS. Pray for YOURselves on Sunday for being naive and turning a blind eye to this piece of trash.

Yes, and I have been through similar. The man was in my family and he did ask my forgiveness. I spent 2 years or so hating him before that, one year not willing to forgive, but the Lord showed me changes in him. I did forgive him and I even bought him eyeglasses when the guards broke his. Talk about true sight now. The lord can only pull us through this and the children forgave him first and asked me to forgive him as it was hurting them for me to hold on to this grudge.

Before some should open up their mouth and let all foolishness out, they need to think about and ask the right questions. It is a simple truth.
