Investigators can't find owner of La Crosse bar destroyed by fire

Finding the owner of TD's on Fourth is proving to be as challenging as determining what caused the early Sunday fire that destroyed the condemned and vacant tavern.

This certainly sounds like fraud by the owners; but too soon to jump to any conclusions. Too bad. LaCrosse is a nice town for the most part. Just like Saint Paul and Minneapolis, there are some "rough" areas.

Duh! How dumb can the authorities be? They can't find the owners because they were destroyed in the fire, just like the headline says! Must be typical, fumbling, bumbling white males in charge of this investigation who can't figure things out.

It's Third Street in La Crosse ... which must have 100 bars along it ... or darn close. No wonder they can't find an owner. That town drinks ... lots.
