Man accused of dragging the "little brown dog" stays out of jail

A Knox County judge refused to revoke the bond for Jimmy Lovell, the man accused of dragging a dog behind his car and dealing drugs from his home.

If there's anyone that needs to be in jail it's Jimmy Lovell. Dealing drugs and animal abuse …. what a sad commentary on this lowlife.

everything in this video that is said sounds like the usual thing that happens everywhere but this video is altered the voices dont match up to the video. The guy that the video shows is not saying a word when he is supposed to be talking and when he is talking there isnt anything said.

but to the story at hand,sounds like this guy is a regular local at the jail he is probably a supplier for the officals of the county,its hard to get anything done to these people cause they know to much dirt on the judges. we have several where im from,no matter what they do,they walk. So people where this man is from need to do some private investigating on the judge and the D.A. of the county. Start high and then come down to the low one. You will be surprised what you find.
