Think about this for a minute.....If Delmar is innocent, then the real murderer, is out running around free. That person, could be in contact with the family of the murdered woman. They could be, shaking someones hand, they could be, giving up their place in line at the store. They could be having all sorts of contact with the family. What if the DNA testing proves Delmar is innocent, then all of the above could be happening now. If I was a family member, I sure as heck would want the person who did this behind bars, not out running around, free as a bird. If Delmar is innocent, then the family would have to have another trial. But that wouldn't be Delmars fault. I would want Justice served, I wouldn't care how many years it would take.

Justice was not served in this case and probably never will be....in my opinion Delmar is innocent and some people don't want to know the truth...

From 1994 to 2011 this man been in for 17yrs and just now asking for DNA why wait this long If he wasn't the killer then you would think he would have tried to get someone to hear his case before now But lets just put that all to the side and say let him have the DNA what has the carnes family got to lose I'm sure they wont the right person to pay for what was did that day or night to there loved one I don't understand why that something the cops used to show blood after it's been cleaned up wasnt sprayed it would have shown the blood if it was at the plant anywhere and if he was just there 15 minutes he didn't have the time to kill her and putting her in a barrel why wasn't this bought out in court

You don't wait 17 yrs and try for dna and try to claim innocence. You fight from day 1 until you die if necessary to prove innocence.

Delmar was a nasty, mean man way before this happened, and he was known to abuse women. This lady has many problems trying to get away from Partin. Tremco knew about the problems and had been keeping her schedule secret and not posting it with everyone else's schedule, to protect her from Partin. Then one night Partin shows up at the job for about 35 minutes and leaves, and all of a sudden her body is found in a barrel?

If by some chance Partin did not kill this lady, he's still where he belongs for being the nasty, cruel man he has been his entire life.
