This was justice at its worst. No physical evidence linking him to her murder. They had samples but it was not his dna. He wants dna testing done on a hair sample taken from a trash can that they said belonged to her. Not one other person was even considered to be the murderer.
Our justice system failed and a innocent man sits in jail.

People in my family worked there at that time also, and still do.
There was no physical evidence or solid proof that Delmar killed her. Someone needed to take the fall for this and he just so happend to be the one.
I hope that he can get the funding to have this test done. He deserves this, he has been sitting in jail since 1994. A man that had never had any type of trouble was just tried and found guilty with no solid proof.

all i have to say about this is that i dont think justice was served, yes i felt and still think of these lives that was destroyed daily, but i dont think he was guilty of this,i might not be making no sence about this but i think things was rushed and the wrong person was arrested,i know several people that works there and i have asked alot of questions about this.yes he was there the day she was killed but does that make him a killer,NO.i hope the truth comes out soon about this but i think a innocent man is in jail, just my thoughts and dont mean harm to anyone

I don't know if was guilty or innocent but I do know that she lost her life for no reason and the way she was killed was horrible. Our family has been through enough due to this so please don't out us through it all over again with this site.
