My guestion is, If there is nothing wrong with the compost then why isn't local farmers around portland useing it?

When I saw this on the news it just seemed strange to me that it would be trucked all the way to Cresent? What kind of compost is it anyway? Is it just food waste or is it human waste from a sewage plant?

Is the compost for sale? If not, then why?

I live in Bend so the affect on me isn't great but if I lived in Cresent then these are the questions I would want ansewed!
