Man Pleads Guilty to 3 Sex Crimes, Receives No Jail Time

An eighteen-year-old from Kershaw County is struggling to move forward at all after authorities say a man she knew well sexually assaulted her.

So you are saying he pleaded guilty to something he didnt even do?????? Makes no sense! If he didnt do it then there would be enough evidence to prove him innocent! This is so like Kershaw County's Judicial System. Someone needs to look into what's going on there. For the past 4 years, I have had to bring my ex-spouse into court 14 different time for child support and not one time was he punished!!!! The system there is broken and the "good-ole boy" system is in place. What can be done???

What in the world was the prosecuting attorney thinking? There should not have been any plea bargining for this scum. Law enforcement should watch him like a hawk and arrest him the first time he even spits on the sidewalk so they can get him in jail!

This is why a lot of people to not speak up about crimes of this nature. It's because now this man has to pay for nothing and is not held accountable for his actions, why would you come out and tell, if this is the result. The people doing these crimes see that there is no harsh punishment, so therefore instead of getting the help they need,(they are sick) they will continue to ruin peoples lives, because they can and will get away with it!!!!!!!
