KPD releases names of officers in shooting

Kerrville Police Department sergeants John Lamb and Martin Morris repeatedly told Armando Ayala Jr.

Anybody think we will ever get an answer on this one or is it just another Chad Maddox? The Daily Times report was definately slanted. They included charges that were dismissed and that Ayala had not been convicted of. I'm afraid to get a ticket in this town.

I wonder why they had to shoot to kill? Two police offices, two guns and a man with a knife...why not shoot him in leg to stop him from approacing any closer?

I'm sure it will be ruled as justified.

The officers did the right thing. You don't aim for the legs when someone with a knife is charging you. Stop Whininnig the punk, got what he deserved. Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time. (death is eternal)

you know what you sorry s.o.b. think for a second that he didn't have a knife? then think how long they where in there before they shot him. now do you really want to know? why don't you call kpd and find out...i hope you do!!

Kerrville Police Department just likes to kill people. The officers here dont care about anything or anyone. We've had 3 murders or death by police this year alone, with less than 20000 people. i think thats a little too much.
