First of all their are 400 avenue gangs who knows how many members. This is a start. We have 2 million gang members in S. Ca. they rape rob murder steal sell drugs every day. They run the place. At any time they could attack we do not have a police dept set up to handel and army. We have a war going on below the border . These gangs are the same people fighting down in Mexico. At any time the war could spill over in to S Ca. we flat out are not prepared. We need to briing in the Army the Marines. the longer you wait the worse it going to be. The problem is no body is in charge in S. Ca. The gangs have leaders they take orders care out orders. We have a group of Police dept. who do not give orders or take them. We are out guned out maned no jails put them into. The State of Ca. has thrown in the towel on crime.
