Sting operation nabs metal thieves

Three Porterville recycling businesses were cited and five local residents were arrested by the Tulare County Sheriff's Department in connection with a spike in metal thefts.

I think its all bull shit that they still didnt find the thiefs but fail to say how did the cops get the wire to sale steal it and set up people it solved nothong as in who was stealing the shit
