Ray Verwys has brought lying to an entirely new level - even for a politician! Paid his debt? Gotten his life right? Ray and his family were our tenants just last year - 2008. We're STILL waiting for him to finish paying his rent.(he flat out told us he wouldn't) Unfortunately, we trusted him (he's the nephew of our ex-neighbor)- please don't be suckered in by his lies, too. After moving into our house, he never paid rent on time. So we were chasing it from the start. He finally told us (in Oct '08) that he was done paying rent - but wouldn't be moving out until DECEMBER! We're a bit disappointed in Julie (byline) for not including this info in the story. She has all the info. So maybe you should vote for him - maybe he'll finally pay his debt. That would be the $4035 for the time he lived there - plus the unpaid balance of the year lease he signed ($15,200).
