While Mr. Rose can serve as the temporary county executive and county board chairman until the Kenosha County Board ratifies his selection of Mark Wisnefski, it should be noted that the Wisconsin State Statutes prohibit the interim county executive from serving the county simultaneously in the executive and legislative branches. Is he planning on resigning his county board position?
