Plano Man Sentenced for Drug-Induced Homicide
The Plano man who told police he dozed as his 17-year-old girlfriend fatally overdosed on heroin was sentenced last week to 12 years in prison for drug-induced homicide, court records show.

I'm against drug use. And I think this guy should get time for possessing and using. But a 17 year old knows what they are doing. It's an unfortunate situation and very sad this girl had so much going for her it sounds like. But not his fault she died.
