PSC to meet on Kemper coal plant

I live 2.5 miles from the proposed plant site. I have a creek running through the back of this place that is going to be cut off. There is a pond that has a creek feeding it that is going to be cut from its source of water. There is no such item as "clean" coal. I will be adversely affected from the CO2, the leakage from the dams (3) and the possibility of loosing my deep well which is my only source of water. I live in a wetland area. Habitat for a number of animals will be forever lost. Air, water, noise and light pollution is what I have to look forward to.
