What is happening to our county government. Two county officials arrested in as many days for theft. This gives me a sick feeling. I wonder if we will have to pay for their attorneys too.

Response -- I am sorry that there’s been such a huge misunderstanding and overreaction.

I have cooperated fully with the investigation, and look forward to clearing up these charges.

Thank you.

I grew up in Kaufman County and even though I've married and moved away, I still follow the goings-on. I just read where there were new charges against JP Williams. What is going on with that? I can't believe things are so corrupt.

Kaufman County is a bastion for corruption. There is no telling how many children have been taken from their parents in this county for not good cause. CPS Kaufman is pure evil. I found a site too that exposes this kind of stuff in kaufman. One is KaufSyrup.com and the other is www.kaufmancountycorruption.com

What is happening to our gov't in Kaufman? Well, hopefully evil people like Eric Williams, judge Howard Tygrett, and many other good ole boys are being removed! And yes, as pointed up by William and Jane, I really like these two sites which give a taste of the corruption that is happening to individuals in this wicked courthouse of Kaufman County. KaufSyrup.com and the other is www.kaufmancountycorruption.com

To whom ever thinks he is evil clearly doesn't NOT know him or even met him. Eric is my brother and would not intentionally do anything wrong. I stand by him 100%.

Do you still feel this way about your brother?

But for the trust and testimony of Lieutenant Colonel Troy Nesbitt of the Texas State Guard at the computer theft trial of Eric Williams last year, the McClellands and Mark Hasse would still be alive today. The judge was persuaded by the glowing praise of EW and a statement by Nesbitt that EW "has had the key to the armory because I trust him and he has had hundreds of thousands of dollars in weapons that he had access to, and never has anything come up missing". The judge granted probation rather than a prison term to EW based on that testimony. Otherwise, EW would be in prison and his victims would still be alive. I wonder if Nesbitt will testify at EW's murder trial.

I wonder if there are any weapons missing from the Redbird Armory. Hint, FBI check it out.

I really hope Eric Williams gets executed for killing the DA's. Mike was a personal friend of mine and this scum bag Williams needs to pay.

I really hope your family is executed in the same fashion as the DA's. EW is a friend of mine and your scum bag family needs to pay simply for your "hopes" of what happens to him without knowing the entire story.

Yes I DO still believe in my brother! Always will.....and until you or your family ever goes through something like this, no one has any room to talk about how myself or my family reacts or supports him! Blood is thicker than water and he has not stood trial yet and all of the general public knows is what the reporters have said. We as the family know a lot more and I will NEVER give up on my brother. Again, go back and read my quote about judgement. And if you REALLY have an issue with me standing beside my brother I would be happy to arrange a meeting to explain it in a DIFFERENT way.....

Wow...when will this shocking hidden evidence appear? Innocent until proven guilty as always but a multi-million $ bond? And OJ didn't do it either, right??

And then veiled threats...you are right. Posturing, thieving and killing must be in the DNA!

I totally agree with you! Where in the hell is judge Glen Ashworth??? If HE has nothing to hide, why is he running? Maybe because someone out there has a computer/laptop with dirt on him as well as many other people in this corrupt town and county.

And did you PERSONALLY know Eric? If you did, the word scum bag does not coincide with him and his personality.

Why did Kim, the wife only get 40 years with parole in 20 years. I've known her for a long time and she is the psychopath and manipulator and always has been. It took the defense 5 times to go over Her story. It was rehearsed and most of the time she was answering questions before they were done asking them. I will be at every parole hearing she has to tell the parole board that she is an unstable individual and now that he father has passed on, she would have enough money to leave the country and never have to worry about anything. And yes this is something she told me she was planning no matter what.

And the answer to the first question - yes, I do stand behind my brother. He is my only sibling and I love him no matter what happens.

I pray that EW has had or will have a genuine spiritual conversion and will be in Heaven, no matter when he dies. And I pray that his family will all join him again, there. Jesus Christ is the only HOPE that any of us have. (Without Christ, we have no hope.) I have no connection with this matter, but I have followed the trial and feel this way (very sad but hopeful) for everyone involved. John 3:16
