Nine arrested in stolen ATV plot

Nine Kanawha County residents are facing numerous charges after police investigated a series of stolen motorcycles and ATV's in Sissonville.

me and my neighbor encountered 2 of these fools they showed on the news last night on our property. from the way the looked and acted we knew that they were no good and ran them off. ive talked to a lot of people and from now on in situations like this people in the area are going to shoot first. times are hard enough without these no working drug addict scumbags stealing everything locked down or not and selling it for pennies on the dollar to buy drugs. they arent worried about the law because there are virtually no consiquences for their actions. at most they will plead to reduced charges and be out the next day or so. the only thing that will stop this nonsince is property owners stopping them. they will think twice when their fellow druggies start losing their lifes. stand your ground against these lowlifes!

I totally agree. I know if he comes back to cross lanes stealing stuff the neighbor will put a bullet in someone's head.

That's what needs to start happening. Because nothing is being done to these idiots, they run free to steal anything they want. People are getting sick and tired of it and to make it worse, they are allowed to plea down and walk free. They would put me under the jail for stealing a can of soup to feed my kids. they just narc on somebody and get right out. it's the narcs who keep the drugs and crime in the community because they don't go to jail for very long if they go at all. they don't care to rob and steal because they are informants for the law and know that they won't do any time.

And I don't have the answers you are looking for and I really do hope the person pays for the crime, instead of letting someone else take the rap for it.
