I want to know why internet servers are not held responsible or accountable for child pornography. The Bureau Of Justice have trained law enforcement officers(Sheriff's Department)on cyber crimes relating to child exploitation . The law enforcement use investigative tools to hunt for people on AOL,GOOGLE,MYSPACE,PEER TO PEER,YAHOO CHAT, and charge them with these cyber crimes. So why are the internet service providers not also being charged with cyber crime such as child pornography. I feel this is unfair. If a bar owner will be held accountable for a person getting over served. So if a bar owner can be held accountable, why cant a internet service provider be charged for allowing child pornography to come over their own servers?

His name is Daniel Runion. You can read the full article by clicking on Full Story: below the headline.

The investigators use info that can be retrieved from the server to find out who's viewing. I agree that the website ppl should be held accountable, just like the guy who sold drugs to the idiot who went and hit 2 ppl over the head with bats should be held responsible. Our legislators enact laws that protect the criminals more than they do normal citizens, so the criminals can get off again and again and again so the attorneys can make more money. How often do we see reps and sens who were once attorneys? Too often. What we need in our legislature is ex-cops who spend months and months to catch some drug dealers only to see the offender get off on a technicality or some other bull. They might help us. Or mothers - they may be mean sometimes, but they're almost always right. We need to take our government and our courts back. We are becoming a really pitiful nation, and the world knows it. We rank 25th in education, maybe that's where we should start. I'm not finished yet, but I'll stop anyway. Have a good day.
