No, they don't tear them down. They leave it up to the owner to clean it. The owner can rent uhaul trucks and bring a few things out. Contaminating those trucks, but do they care? Nope.
Then they reopen the house. Maybe replacing one or two cheap items. Let that drug maker move right back in. Hey, they all have money to make.....
