War veteran threatens judge during sentencing, prosecutors say
An Iraq war veteran allegedly threatened Kanawha County Circuit Judge Duke Bloom Friday afternoon after the judge sentenced him to at least one year in prison on charges connected to a love triangle involving his ex-girlfriend and another veteran, who was a former friend, an assistant prosecutor said.
