glad to see the program's been cut -- next step is to legalize drugs -- by legalizing drugs we end the violence -- also, when drugs are legal, it's easier to deal with problems caused by addiction because the addicted are free to come forward to be treated -- finally, what's legal is less attractive to youngsters -- as this article hints, the exisiting war on drugs is actually a systematic attack on young minority males -- many white americans may be frightened to death by modern life as they sit sucking their thumbs & awaiting the rapture but we've got to stop catering to the lowest common denominator
