This certainly makes sense to me. Perhaps we (the people)should put cameras in the offices of the 198th. This group of "investigators" is good at finding stiff to seize, but bad at finding crime under it's nose, like the Tanna Brown Hurt thing. Oversight is proper. We can not have too much oversight.

It seems Harvey does not trust Amos or kyle dean or burdick or some one in that organization. Could there be another reason for his amendment???
