they were all being paid by the district attorney armando barrera. there was a scandal with cindy lopez and her brother-in-law or son-in-law. some in-law of hers that she registered to vote in jim wells county. all in her writing and with his forged signature by her. maybe he could assist the attorney general in providing a list of all the voter ballots he or she had in their possession!

barrera was paying them. the echo would publish the campaign reports of candidates. his showed that he paid bueno a few grand.

You get rid of one corrupt person only to have another one take his place? Shoot!

What needs to happen is all of these corrupt politicians need to be prosecuted to fullest degree. Just like Joe Frank Garza. He rolled in the infested bed of the crooked lowlife scavenger sheriff in Brooks County and now look where he is.
