I am sure there wasn't any shadiness in this deal whatsoever. It is good to know that this town is run with honesty and integrity and that our public officials aren't from that good old boy model of local government where scratching each other's backs is expected. I am certain the meetings were closed door because of confidentiality issues and nothing else. And... I am certain that all the other properties which adjoin the cemetary would receive a fair appraisal of close to one hunderd thousand dollars apiece or more since most of them are much nicer homes and in much better condition than these properties. Glad I live in a town that isn't corrupt! Thank you Mayor and government of the moral and righteous city of Nicholasville
