Man accused of causing Beaumont officer's death does not appear in court

John Wesley Nero's scheduled court appearance was canceled Friday after the defendant was unable to make it to court.

They don't want the public to see the condition Nero is in... He has something really bad wrong with him... He either has a brain tumor or is Schizophrenic... He only tried to kill himself that night... He is still trying to give his heart or blood to bring back the officer... He is so far gone with his mind that he doesn't realize this is not possible... I pray for both families... This is a sad thing that happen in our town...

why couldnt he have just swallowed some pills or shot himself,maybe jumped off a bridge.whogives a shit.Lets ask the officer what he thinks...o, thats right hes dead.FUCK nero!
