I think the whole Tenessee Department Of childrens Services should be replaced. I have seen the incompitence of the Sevier and Jefferson County Offices and even the area Supervisor R Wood and still the children in question were placed in a home with a family who has a son who spent time in prison for drugs and the home is filled with 21 dogs and pot bellied pigs. The family took these children for the 1000 dollar per month per child that the children should get but won't. I think everyone involved should read the Marcus Fiesel Story from Ohio before condeming the children to being pushed down the cracks. Come on East Tennessee we need to elect new public officials who will house clean in the state government especially DCS
